GAMES WORKSHOP NEWS: Gorkamoka will be here soon and will be a must for all 40K Ork fans (and others too!). This game is going to be big - don't miss it!! Necromunda is being discontinued so buy up any miniatures you want for this game now. Should be some good sales on this stuff soon.

Following on from the new High Elves army book for WHFB, there is a new edition of the WHFB Chaos army book due out shortly (by the end of the year), to be closely followed by a new edition of the WHFB Undead army book. GW say that there will be new editions of all the books eventually!

A new tank for the Eldar in 40K is being released by GW in November. Photo of the new Falcon is below next to it's already released Epic 40K mate. Usual plastic kitset and looks awesome. Almost makes you want to start an Eldar army!

In other news there is a new edition (3rd?) of Warhammer 40K due out in 1998. Supposed to contain the start of two new armies - the Necrons - a race of robots, and Dark Eldar! No word of Squats though - better kiss these guys goodbye! Looks like lots of exciting stuff for 40K players (and no doubt expensive) so start saving now!!!!

Issue 214 of the Dwarf  is out soon. This has a LOT of stuff on GORKMORKA which is not an Ork racing game like I said last month, but and Ork version of Nercomunda. Which as Brian pointed out is being withdrawn. There is a big review, a battle report, and a cool new watch tower for scenery. Plus some cool new Ork models. Big bit on the new Eldar for Epic 40,000 (boy do they look good). Some really impressive pictures of a lot of Imperial guard armies. More on the Thorskinson Island and a report on an army that is taking part (Dark Elves). Lastly a bit on Epic Flyers.
